A win is a win for the Chicago Bears, but......

Updated: Dec 17, 2023

We've been on the edge of our seats this whole year, and this game was no different. I've been saying all along that this team isn't that far off. You wouldn't know that if you're on social media, but the process is getting the pieces, and building chemistry which takes more than two seasons and two drafts. The three or four year mark is where you should see the results.

We are going to turn the corner.

But there's a problem with the ongoing narrative surrounding our quarterback room. There isn't a quarterback controversy.

We've seen that Tyson and Justin are two totally different players, but..... did you notice how robotic and unsure Tyson looked in the pocket in the Carolina game versus the Raiders and Chargers games?

Tyson Bagent looked like, Justin Fields in the pocket.

They are coaching the game right out of these kids! Gone was the free flowing, confident fist pumping player we've seen. Holding the ball too long, not feeling comfortable in the pocket, shaky footwork. This is a product of coaching!

Now don't get me wrong, a three interception game will get you reigned in a bit, but this is insane. They are literally taking everything away from these two, and replacing it with a "I'm not sure" play structure that is difficult to watch. It's gotten to the point that when Justin spoke up about it, they called him in the office and had him retract it.

This entire coaching philosophy and staff has got to go. All of the fans that were on Justin's case just saw, with their own eyes, the exact same play from a totally different player. This is on the coaching, pure and simple, and calling it out is needed more than player bashing.

And This has to be said, Tyson Bagent is not Justin Fields.

Caleb Williams is not Justin Fields, and Drake Maye is definitely not Justin Fields.

To think anyone can come in and do better is ridiculous.

This coaching strategy cripples and hampers anyone under center.

They deserve better.

We deserve better.

Chicago vs Everybody.
